Geekfood
From time to time one have to let out the inner geek. A good example of that is to cook food from your favourite game. At a geek gathering we brought the ingredients to cook Buzzard wings from World of Warcraft. Some other people cooked things like Mystery Stew. I also cheeted by buying chineese fortune cookies to simulate the in-game fortune cookies.
Some more hi-tech and costly geek food can be created by following Nathan Myrvolds receipes from the "modernists cuisine", arguable the worlds most expensive cook book.
